"Compadre" bush tools

I actually do heat the house with wood, so am very interested in the froe!
It looms like it would be great for kindling making..... and chopping tumbleweeds and other brush.

I go through around 5 cords a year and this tool has made my kindling processing so much easier this year. Heck my wife really likes it too! If she approves its definitely a winner

I forgot to ask, what type of grind does the Froe have?
Is it flat or hollow etc. ?

That is awesome your wife approves of it!!!
My gal's favorite Buck knife is the slicer from the kitchen set She really loves that thing.

The Froe has a flat grind. I might add that it would be a great zombie apocalypse weapon
