As this is my first thread on a forum I'd like to kick it off with an experience from the renowned company Brisa (aka Enzo). After months of searching the web looking for a bushcraft knife with shape and look I was after I came across the Enzo Trapper kit build with nice desert ironwood scales. Ordered the knife mid December and was told a week, which I thought was not too bad from overseas. A week went by and I asked them if they knew when it was expected. Long story short after giving me a tracking number (which didn't work) 3 patient weeks went by and then I emailed again. They replied by basically saying that they hadn't processed the order yet and that it was now out of stock and did I want to order something else?! I basically said I had no confidence in the company and never wanted to order with them again.

Does anyone have any similar experiences with companies that we can all watch out for??

Instead of inviting people to pile onto a list of problem dealers, I suggest you simply report your experience with Brisa and allow a discussion on that company. Otherwise, what we get is a quick slap at Brisa, and little room for them to reply or correct the problem.

If someone else has a problem with another company, they can start their own thread on that company, or find a previous recent thread about them and add to it.

Mashing multiple company complaints into one thread loses us the opportunity to discuss each in the detail the problem deserves.

I'm closing this. You can start a new Brisa thread without leading into problems with people you didn't encounter.
