There was a case where the Judge decided any folder with a lock would be treated as a fixed blade.
Case law and a stupid Judge!
I would post a link, but look for the metropolitan police website. Ignore the bull and hype and look for the actual case law. ITs plain as English.
Lock on knife=not legal unless you have a reasonable reason to carry.
BKCG are very poor for info in general, they get many of the steel type descriptors wrong (I have told them for gawds sake and they still get it wrong! Go to the website and count the errors! There are tens of dozens!
