An import/US thread and no controversy and bitter bickering---I like this section of BladeForums for sure. Class acts, all of you.

Psssst... Shhh

That 'cause Blues rules with a iron fist........he bans people just for the fun of it.:D

But don't tell him I told you.;)

They say this cat Blues is a bad mutha'...Shut yo' mouth... ;)

(Shhh...I won't tell. :p)

Don't you know???

There is a programmed scan that counts the word china in every post.
If there is more than one, there is an automatic warning that goes to the poster.

I have a Buck Icman that is Chinese made that I love. Its a great slicer. I also have a Buck 110 that I bought and it has side to side wiggle, so I never carry it. I should send it in to be tighten up i guess. Some one told me that the Buck 110 was suppose to have some side to side wiggle, is that true?

Yeah, check it for lead and arsenic just like the toys the Chinese send into this country.

And keep buying buy those Chinese imports to throw Americans out of work.

The C.E.O's at Buck knives are economic traitors to this country.

You're treading on thin ice, my friend.

Pickup man.

If you can not post with respect and stay out of politcs you do not belong in this subforum.

I suggest you read our rules and follow them if you wish to participate here.

Boy, give some people an ounce of authority and it goes right to thieir heads, It went right to your pointed head, bastard. Stick your forum up your ass.

There are enough warnings here about what you did.
It is easy to see whose head is where. BTW this forum is not mine, it belongs to the owner and members who have made it what it is.

You got 10 measly points for an obvious troll and are giving me grief over you lack of respect for the atmosphere here.

Na, that is not going to work.

Bye.

I sent the 301 in today. It should be interesting to see how quickly Buck handles the repair or replacement. The 301 is a very nice knife, and I'm anxious to get it back.

Edit Oh I forgot, I also ordered a second 301, just in case Buck takes their time returning the first. It should be here in a couple days.

I have a couple overseas Bucks. In all honesty they haven't been used real hard, but under close scrutiny I cannot find anything to complain about.
I don't think I paid over 20.00 a piece for any of them, but I have enough faith in them to use them for the purpose they were designed for.
Plus I know that if something were to go wrong with them, I have no worries that the great folks at Buck would take care of it.....

Regardless that some of their products are made overseas, The Buck family still takes pride in the products they sell. It's their name and reputation on it..

If ya spend a little time in the Buck subforum, you will find that Joe gives the same attention to folks issues, whether it is made here or overseas.

Doug, feel free to let us know how satisfied you are with both your new and repaired knives when the time comes.

For now, I think this thread has run its (useful) course.
