Thanks mist for the background info and some more awesome pics! Your reviews have always been an inspiration to me and full of great information and in-use pics that I can only dream of one day doing.

Yes, the cheese test is one where scandis fall down compared to a nice high grind. Even though you don't like scandis, I still like referring folks to your reviews since you use 'em hard and baton 'em and prove they can take a beating.

Thanks for the post Nathan! Very interesting, I'd love to see a pic of the three knives from the top of the spine as well (just wondering how much they taper towards the tip).

Here's the promised spine view. Sorry it's not all 3 together, they won't balance that way and I just had to hold this one to get the shot.
