Comparison: Vic Farmer & Leaterman Wave

I thought I would share a couple of comparison pictures of the similar tools found on the Vic Farmer and the Leatherman Wave.

Nice Pics . I deffinatley prefer the cap lifting/can opening function of the Vic. Saws are comparable . As regards the awl , advantage Vic .

Again , very nice photo essay. Neat how you compare one of the best EDC SAK's with one of the greatest Multi's ever .

I have a wave and love it. Don't have the farmer, but have other Vic's.
I have to say that the can opener and screw driver of the Vic's are my favorites, but still love the wave.

Love my Vic Farmer Alox. I work in landscaping. The saw on the Farmer get a good workout.

Thanks guys. These are obviously two very different multi tools but they do have a few similarities. It's easier to EDC the farmer but the added tools and pliers of the wave make it a hard decision every morning when I'm loading my pockets up.

I can't afford to always be getting the latest and greatest so I like to see other members post comparisons which may lead into making a purchase decision. Similar or not, if they have a few in common post em!
