Competition Finish 2008 Hell razor and Jackhammer

I believe I'm second owner on both. New and never used, there is de-carb on both knives, the Jackhammer has a little carbon or rust on the back, makes no sense, been oiled and in safe. But as far as I have read that's fairly normal.
