Complete RMD survival sheath, with scrapivore, firesteel, arrowhead, and pouch!

Thanks guys!

Some one asked about the weight of the rig with gear in the pouch. I figured it was good info so ill share it.

So i got a survival resources kit in today, took out a few items and then stuffed it as packed as i could with some more essentials. Added some Pcord on the side and then threw her on a digital scale.

The complete rig weighs 889.3 grams packed with survival gear. She is a bit sensitive about her weight so be nice :) -Joke obviously she is a fatty lmao

This is definitely too heavy for EDC, but still not too bad on my belt for a day or 2 out in the bush. I put her on and ran around, jumped up and down, and pulled on it a little and she stays together fine, but i might add a piece of pcord on the bottom to tie around my leg. at almost 2 pounds its like a brick hitting you in the leg when it bounces around on the belt.

Now i dont plan on running and jumping too often with knives on my belt, especially a rig like this, But i also dont plan to be in too many survival situations either. Its the stuff you dont plan on that bites you in the a$$... So i tested it in "acted out" physical conditions and feel confident the rig would stand up great.

Richard, I've found that suspenders help out alot when I've got a heavy load on my belt.

Soon as my pants start falling down, or my gut is in the way of seeing my toes ill grab me some :)

Well Eli hooked me up again, I didnt care for the tek-lok on my belt at all, but he cut it off and added a leather belt loop and now it rides closer to me and feels more comfortable.

I took this picture today, It shows what is inside.....

Lookin' good, bud. Pretty amazing what will fit in there. I'm talking one over with Eli for a rmd/warden combo. Can't wait.

Lmao I was writing this on rat chat but ill copy it here since you commented on how much fits... it barely fits lmao... I almost had to leave the tinder tabs out, they take up so much room in the little can. But after re-arranging for an hour and a half got it all to fit :) Once i got it to close without forcing it, I taped it around the edges.

Im going to use some of the stuff from the kit this weekend so i didnt tape it up too much. I plan to make a "cane" fishing pole using the knives and tackle. Ill have my fishing rod with me as well but im going to do it just for fun. I also plan to make a spear, with the arrowhead and snare wire. just to see how the arrowhead does. Plus me and the wife will try out the signal mirror, and show the kids how to use the magnifier to start a fire.

Sounds like fun!
