Ethan Becker is a cool guy. What other knife guy do you know who is just as famous for his cookbooks?

Biography

Ethan Becker is the son of Marion Rombauer Becker and the grandson of Irma S. Rombauer, the original author of The Joy of Cooking. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, but learned how to cook from his mom. An outdoors-man, he is a master of the grill and at cooking game. His outdoor gear and survival and combat knives are sold internationally under the brand Becker Knife and Tool. Ethan and his wife, Susan, a writer, editor, and artist, live in East Tennessee at their home, Half Moon Ridge.

Well, you know where to find me. I have a couple with green linen that need new homes. One of them has serrations.
I'm going to keep one for a boat knife. It has that hawkbill shape like a lot of Spydercos that are used to clear/cut rope.
I wish I had one with some "real" serrations (similar to Spyderco) so that it resembled the Spyderco Harpy. Who does good serration aftermods?

Ok....I KNOW I am the minority here, but Spydercos are the UGLIEST knives in creation!
