Evening all,
That is a nice sword. Any Idea of the steel used?

Hey Guys,
Heres one I did for the USN show, basically what I would consider a double edge hunting sword. Just one of those designs that I had to get out of my head.

CPM3V with a gunkote finish, green canvas Mivcarta scales and a kydex rig.

I wanted something that I could carry while out on the motorcycle, never know when you might run across a zombie.

This thing is light and fast.

Good morning people
Wonder how J and Rick are holding up.
I think they leave this morning sometime.

WHAAATTTT??

...you didn't get me on the list, too?

Sigh.:o

He needs to know your shoe size, height and weight... YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THAT INFORMATION!!!! Haha. It's totally weird... First thing he asked me was if I knew what I wanted, and then proceeded to ask for my shoe size, weight and heigth. He tailors the knife to you. He also makes them different depending on if you're right or left handed. It was an awesome experience!

Unless he asked whether you hang right or left, he's just a poser. :p

If you're talking about the Bagwell, it's not a folder. It's a handforged damacscus 10"+ bowie. Still an aaaaaawful lot of money, but he is I guess the last one of his kind. He was the second guy in the US to complete a damascus blade, 6 months after Bill Moran. Both were in '73. He is 65 years old now, and I figured I better jump on it now... After all I have alot of time to save up! Haha. Putting my name on his list isnt binding though, and he doesnt take a deposit.

All joking aside, I should really do the same thing.

I've admired his work for a long time, he is clearly the king (emperor?) of bowies, and neither he nor I are getting any younger. It would be a wonderful heirloom to pass on to my son.
