Comprehensive corrosion test: 46 products compared

I'm not sure I'd be tasting that stuff,I think it's more for incidental contact.I'm with Bob there's no comparison to some of the industrial stuff.It's a huge omission IMHO.
 
It is listed as food grade by both the usda and msds. For that reason alone is why i use it on my carbon steel kitchen knives. I wouldn't go cooking with the stuff but it is harmless.
