Computer Aided Design Pocket Knife

I really prefer the controls of Solidworks over the others. It seems more intuitive. Granted I have only begun to really scratch the surface of what it can do.

A folder like that won't be all that much to get machined, maybe in the $40 range. That is IF you want to do a 1000 units:D .

A good friend here in Berlin is a mechanical engineer who designs robot production stations for industry and works with Solid Works. He told me that after using the programm every day for 4 years he feels he has mastered about half of it... :o

I use Bentley Microstation at work. I really should get in there and mess around with some designs that are only in my head after hours one of these days.

Heck, even a dumb old fart like me figured out Solid Works. It was easier than AutoCad and SurfCam. Those took me alot longer to learn.
