I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but go to the Atlanta Cutlery/Museum Replicas' website and Search for "umbrella".
It's a 10" swordcane type of blade hidden in a compact umbrella, for $50.

Thank Esav..that is along the lines, but I am looking for a full length umbrella knife so to be used as a cane as well. Something the Penquin from Batman might have. Thank you again Esav this was very helpful
