Concealment Thigh Strap System?

Forgive the noob and possibly odd question. Do any of you gentlemen know where I can a get sturdy thigh strap rig that could possibly be concealed to put on a lightweight knife/sheath system ? Thanks a lot.
 
What kind of knife? I have a great lightweight knife made by BanTang, I use a kydex shaeth and velcro sewn inside the cargo pocket of my hiking pants. Works great and is basically invisible.
