Concern about EDC clip strength

Can anyone comment on the strength of the EDC's clip? It certainly looks nifty, but after a bad experience with the cutouts in my LCC's clip causing it to give way I am somewhat concerned... (Microtech sent me one of their new LCC clips without the cutouts and that has held up just fine.)

I'm not claiming that the EDC's clip is weak; I am just looking for feedback about whether that may be something to look out for.

Bob Q,
DDR played with the size of the holes alot. We haven't had any problems. I don't think you will either

Thanks for the reassurance. I should have known that he would have paid attention to that sort of issue.

I am looking forward to getting my EDC in 154CM!

The clip on the EDC is heat treated stainless Steel. We went to a thicker stock to assure the clips would hold up well with the slots in them. The slots in the clip are smaller than the handle slots for just that reason.
I used Titanium clips for a while a few years back. I didnt like the way they bent. So I went to ss a few years back. I like SS much better.
