Condor Bushlore

It does have one. I might take a file to it initially, however, to thin out the angle a bit more.

Mine was the same. didnt come very sharp and the grind was really awkward. It took me a little bit of reprofiling to get it to a bevel but now its my favorite bushcraft knife and the only blade my poor sharpening skills can get razor sharp. :o

That Condor 1075 is some magic stuff, eh? A few swipes with a fine stone and you're back in business!

Joe, or anyone who has one on hand, what is the length of the actual cutting edge (not overall blade length) on the Condor Bushlore?
And how long exactly is that choil?

I love my Enzo 01 Trapper but I'm looking to get a slightly longer bladed (4.5-5inches) carbon steel/scandi ground/full width tang knife.
The Bushlore looks good but factoring in the choil part of the knife i'm not sure that the cutting edge of the Bushlore is that much longer than that of the Enzo.
The Enzo's cutting edge is exactly 3.5 inches.
So if 1/2 to a full inch of the Bushlores 4 and 5/16thd blade is choil then the difference in actual cutting edge of both knives would be fairly small.
It would be pointless for me to get the Bushlore if the cutting edge is almost the same.
Any info on this will be greatly appreciated!
:)
Edit: Just read elsewhere these are Convex? Is that true or a typo?

Psst Blais where are they in stock?
PM me if you don't want to post it here.

Oh crap, I just checked my distributor and they are out of stock. :grumpy:

Looks like I can get the Bushcraft though, maybe that will tide me over until they are back in stock.
