I bought a condor el Salvador machete online and it arrived last Monday. Three swings in and it snapped off at the handle. I have had several condor knives and I beat on them regularly so I immediately knew it was a fluke. I sent a message to them a week ago explaining the situation and requested that they email me back. Nothing. Yesterday morning I emailed Condors regional sales manager, explained the situation and... Nothing. I have always heard that their customer service was top notch but I'm not seeing it. I will update as this continues.
Edit * I may have spoken too soon. I just recieved an email from Richard Jones informing me that they will ship out a replacement. A little patience would have served me well. I will update Again when the replacement arrives.
