Condor Samples and Rodan

Thanks for the pics, Joe! I'm glad that the bolo has a false edge--Condor false edges make good gripping points! I may have to pick up one of those axes, too...I had completely forgotten about them!

Condor is one of those few companies to which I have an undying fanboy complex. :D :D :D

Joe thanks for the info and vid!!
How old was that bamboo in the vid? Was it this years shoots or older canes?
TIA

first one was this years shoots. Second one was all older from a year or two. It sailed through the hard stuff too. I went and attacked a bradford pear and was stunned with how well it chopped. It didn't lodge itself like a machete in hard wood, but still sailed through hard bamboo. I am going to go back out there later with the much older shoots when I have time probably thursday.

Joe, when I lived in CR I used to buy those 'santoprene handled' knives in the marketplace everywhere. I had them all over my boat, and in the Zodiac, and all the go bags...Stainless blades, and santoprene handles great cheap kitchen knives!

adfljads;lfk... not santoprene. Polypropolene.

I ran over a "sample" 6 times with my truck and didn't hurt it. amazing stuff. They do have santoprene, but that will be in something else...later.

Thanks for the kind comments guys! These are being made with broke bastids such as you and I with our tastes in mind. The more you let them know how much you like this, more cooler stuff will come out later that we will actually be able to afford. Ah I love machetes!
