Condor tool and knife?

Although I like some of their designs, the three Condor knives I used to own came extremely dull. Two of the sheaths were poor quality. My first Condor knife didn't hold an edge very good. I sold all three of them at a loss. I will give them one more chance and maybe I will get a good one next time.

Instead of selling them at a loss you could have contacted the company. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so they'll personally "buy them back" if you're disappointed with them and don't want an exchange.

FortyTwoBlades you are correct, but in the end I made 3 people happy and I got rid of a thorn in my side.

this bad boy has become my fav chopper. It edges out the mighty BK9. It did come with a slightly hollow and kinda shallow grind, but 10 minutes on the belt sander fixed it right.

Zuluninja, I really like what you have done to your boomslang. I might have to get one of these. The only thing that would make it better in my opinion would be a forward lanyard hole. I wonder if a person purchased one if Condor would do a modification for a forward lanyard hole.

They're too large of an operation to accomodate a request like that, but you could have a custom maker do the job I'm sure.

Not very refined is proper. However, that doesn't mean poorly finished.

Got a HD kukri off a local sale. Was LNIB, never sharpened. Was dullish. Wouldn't cut paper cleanly. Sharpened the thing, love it.

By the way, I was super skeptical of their sheaths from what I had seen of them online. HOWEVER, don't be deceived. They ARE well made like everyone says.

Makes a great working knife. I will be getting more condor. I'm thinking boomsalang or golok...........or the proper answer....both.

I know i will be buying more Condors. I be loving mine. A few Tavians are in my future, as is a Warlock Machete. :D

Don't own one but the Hudson Bay Camp Knife has captured my eye and kept it.
Its on the priority acquisition list.
The Tavians also appear to be excellent FB EDC's

They've just recently started making the Bushlores in true scandi grind. Some prior production will be floating around for a while but the new ones are making an appearance now. Good stuff, and the fit/finish on the ones I've seen so far is out of sight!
