Has anyone had any experience with Condor Tool & Knife warranty returns? It has been about a month since I sent in for a replacement, I have called a few times and have been told "I'll ask for an update" each time but have not received one.
Just wondering if anyone has some insight on the estimated time I should expect my item, thanks.
