Condor warranty

Has anyone had any experience with Condor Tool & Knife warranty returns? It has been about a month since I sent in for a replacement, I have called a few times and have been told "I'll ask for an update" each time but have not received one.

Just wondering if anyone has some insight on the estimated time I should expect my item, thanks.

since it's kinda run, in the usa anyways, by one man, i'd bet he gets bogged down. he's almost local to me. keep calling Rick and asking for help, nicely of course. i am sure he'll make it right.

what did you break?

I didn't break anything, in June I bought a Bushlore, turned out too be the old 2010 model, sent a few e-mails seeing if I could exchange it for the 2011 model, never got a reply, so it sat in a drawer until about a month ago, gave Rick a call, he said yes no problem, got the pre-paid shipping label, sent it out, that was about 3 weeks ago now.

I assume the delay has to do with them trying to get the 2012 models out, Shot Show, etc, but still I'm looking for anyone that has dealt with them and the time frame they received their item.

Yup the delay is due to SHOT and the 2012 release, but also because replacements ship straight from El Salvador in most cases. I'd say you should see it in about a week or so, but that may vary depending on how backed up they are.

Thought so, can't wait for it too get here, Condor has some really awesome products.
