Confirmed! The GEC #23 is next!

My primitive bone 2-blade #23 from 2012 weighs 6.07 oz, or 172 grams.

I'd like to see the GEC Schrade automatic made again. I missed out on those.

The #23 was initially my preferred GEC model and some of the very first knives GEC made. At the time I was searching through their knives for "the one". And, I was thinking of a full grip slippie at the time. I have the Brazilian Cherry with the beaver tail shield. Gradually I decided that the 23 was too big for me to want to carry it except for hunting purposes. I switched to the #42's which are a bit smaller. I have five 42's (three Northwoods and two GEC). That set me and as time has gone on I have been leaning more to smaller GEC models like the #48 (Improved Trapper) or the little #14.

Good to see GEC producing some 23's. As was mentioned, I am interested in their price point.
