Hey Dan. I just got my Tac knives magazine in the mail this morning. Big congrats on the full article on your monster Nessie and Bushcrafter knives. Its great to see you in the magazines. Keep up the great work man!

I saw the article last night at the grocery store, congrats Dan! It's a cool article, with good pictures. I'm glad I got my bushcraft while the getting was good! But now I want a monster nessie- I had no idea they were that big. Drooool.

I couldn't have been happier with the write-up too. Tim's a great guy. You're always nervous when guys approach you about testing one of your knives at a survival camp...will it perform as expected? will the author like it? will it get a good, honest review? Not that I worry about my work...I've tested everything already and know the strengths...;)....but sometimes authors miss the intended purpose...or, conversely, over-glamorize specific features, etc. Not the case with Tim. Like I said, I was very pleased with it.

Makes ya just want to call him up and order one don't it???! Sure looks like it would make short work of about anything you put it up against.

If I had the $ I'd be on the phone myself. I had to settle for second best and put one on my want list.

Hey Dan, just started checking in around BF a bit more recently and ran across this. She was a fun one to test! Splitting logs was quite amusing. Here's a funny one that didn't get used in the article.

That'd be great if you could make it to PWYP Dan! It's a great trip every year. Great place for field testing too.
