Congratulations to our very own MistWalker!

Well, I'm certainly willing to congratulate Mistwalker — one of my favorite people — but why are we congratulating him?

In any event, congratulations, Mist. And thanks for all that you do, and for all the great threads, too.

They have drag queen championships in Chattanooga? And Mist won? Amazing. I would have thought he was more likely to win a prize for reducing the podium to kindling, and setting fire to it with a firesteel. Ya just never know, though. Ya just never know.
 
Okay, this is terrible. I'm an old man, and I need my rest, but now I can't go to bed until I find out what we're congratulating Mist for. Did he really win the drag queen of the year award (and does his wife know), or did he win a drag race on a skateboard?

Come to think of it, was there really any drag involved, or was that just to throw us off the track?

If we knew, we'd tell you ... but we don't. Still, Mist's a pretty good guy, so I'll congratulate him anyway, for whatever it is. Pitt said it's for dragging something — or somethings a drag — but I'm not sure exactly. Maybe he sold more Girl Scout Cookies than anyone else.

Since Joe writes articles for magazine(s), my guess is Brian has made it into print & his article is closer to the front of the mag than Joes' :D

I'll even take a stab in the dark & nominate Tactical Knives as the magazine :D

Actually, although it pains me deeply, I'll be serious for a moment. Joe does so many things away from here that I wouldn't really be able to choose. Aside from being an entomologist, he's an instructor, a writer, a knife designer, and several other things as well.

Mist ... well, Mist writes some himself, experiments with various things (and puts up some pretty good posts), and he's a knife designer, too.

You yourself come up with some pretty good posts from time to time, and do something with knives, too.

Okay, I give up. Does it have anything to do with drag coefficients, drag racing, drag anything? I can't guess.
