Do you know of an internet website that posts a map of California conifer forrets?

first place I'd check is the U.S. Forest Service website

There are several places where you can PURCHASE topo maps. The US forest service, and the US geological survey are two. MyTopo allows you to make custom maps. However, I don't know of anywhere you can find forest or topo maps for free.
