Considered selling BWM, it didn't like that idea.

So the nerve damage seems to be worse than originally thought. I have no feeling in most of the pinky above the cut. Is this something that will come back or is it gone for good? The doctor injected a lot of anesthetic in the area for the stitches, but I'd imagine that has worn off by now.
 
Yeah, it'll be a bit numb for a while. Everyone heals differently. You'll be amazed at the body's ability to regenerate though. When I knocked the tip of my thumb off, it was months before feeling started coming back. Several years later now its sensitivity level is back, but what it senses is a bit different if that makes any sense. (you have many different types of receptors, apparently they don't all return at the same rate) Ultimately you'll just have to wait it out and get used to it.

After a cut like that, I do believe that I would HAVE to keep the knife too! :eek: I hope the nerve damage isn't too bad once everything heals up, keep us updated on how its going. Just keep in mind that scars are cool :thumbup:
