I've called Strider Knives 3 times over the last month and left a message - but still no return call. Whats the best way to get in contact? BTW I've also e-mailed. Thanks, Jack
 
Hey,
We are doing all we can to return calls left at the shop. If you leave us a name and number we DO call it back Therefore, if you left a number we have called it. We keep a meticulous phone log and check off each incoming message when it has been dealt with. If we return your call and get a message machine, we leave a message and the ball is in your court.
