I found a good deal on some contact wheels but they don't have spacers between the bearings. How would one keep them tight against the arm without binding the bearings??

Appreciate the help :)

Sounds like you need to remove a bearing & add a spacer...
Depending on length, you might get by with a couple stacked washers or machinery bushings or fabricate a tube of correct dimension.

like Lieblad said , remove a bearing and make a spacer . I used some sleeves I had left over from some shock absorbers for my truck .

If I can't remove a bearing aka no idea how? I feel like it's been a topic before but can't find it

If its not too tightly pressed in, one can usually drive out a bearing reaching diagonally thru the bore of the opposite bearing with a drift then with a hammer gentle as possible tap round & round to get the bearing driven out.
Otherwise a blind bearing puller is needed. Basically thats a collapsible hook what reaches thru the bore, expands to grip the I.D. of bearing. Then various means such as jackscrew or slidehammer can be used to pull bearing out.

Btw, If you make a spacer, chamfer the ends of its ID. It creates better clearance for the hooks of an blind bearingpuller. Someday, that bearing may need removal...
