I am going to order a Grizzly grinder, should I get the 10inch wheel along with the 8 inch one? Thanks.

If this is your first grinder, I would suggest you wait and become skilled with the 8" wheel first. The 10" wheel will be a little more difficult for you to control in hollow grinds. Also, if the contact wheel is the drive wheel, the belt will run a whole lot faster with the 10" wheel and that will add to your control problems. My thoughts.
