Hi all!

This is one of my new designs! It is a contemporary style paring knife. It measures in at 8 1/4” with a 4” flat ground cutting edge that is razor sharp. The spine has a large, unsharpened swedge that would be excellent for de-seeding jalapeño peppers, for example.

The knife is made from 3/32” 80CrV2 carbon steel, so keep it lightly oiled with a food grade mineral oil until it develops a nice patina.

The scales are red dyed Box Elder and are held on by internal pins. The scales have also been treated with 3 coats of Boiled Linseed Oil and 2 coats of Howard’s Beeswax and Orange Oil.

The price on this one is $69 shipped USA!

I accept PayPal F&F, money order or personal check. Thank you for considering my work. Questions and comments are always welcome!

Mike
