I really like these pass-arounds of our knives. Got me to thinking about a contest. We do the normal pass-around then post all the reviews in one post. After all reviews are in then the forum members judge the reviews in a poll and we give the pass-around knife to the best one. Someone may have already thought of this and if they have then that's cool. I'll leave details up to the mods on what knives they need, rules, etc. if they want to do this.

That’s pretty much the way the 5 pass around is being handled. 12 people picked, 12 reviews posts, mods pick the best one. I’m all about pass arounds except now I’m getting to a point where I have them all. Hehehehehe.

I just think it’s awesome to have these pass arounds. I have passed on the 5 because it is a prybar made for batoning through space shuttle hulls. Not quite the case. Especially when it comes to the larger, more expensive blades. Trying a Junglas would be great before dropping the coin. One person wins one, the other 11 decide they need one. :D

They say with old age, the memory is the first thing to go…. :D

I'm a big fan of passarounds, and even though I'm too far away to have a go at the ones here I enjoy reading them. I often prefer them and get more useful knowledge from them than I do from the 'pro' reviews...

I've also been carrying around a little idea about a possible ESEE passaround for the last few weeks so I've just emailed it in to the info@eseeknives.com address.

Hope you get a chance to think it over :)

Yep...miss a day or two and you miss a lot eh? :)

Hell...sometimes I miss a lot even when I don't actually miss a day.

The older people here at work always say that memory is the second thing to go.

I don't really understand it and no one ever explains it, but everyone agrees.

There's nothing wrong with being far behind. Actually if you're behind enough you'll think you're first :D

the way i've heard it is:

"They say you memory is the second thing to go... and I forget what the first one is."

for those of you in Loma Linda... there is no "first thing" on the list! :p
