i wasn't originally going to have a runners-up category, per se... but JMuckle's entry almost matched the #1 entry exactly, except for a couple right but not specific enough, which is damn impressive given level of asking for hints... so, a prize

the next two, johnny1280 and Warrior in order, had basically the majority right, but one or two little wrongs
