Continuously Curved Blade.

here is a continous curved blade.

As discussed previously in this thread, the Kukri is a prime example of a recurve -- where an outside curve flows (re-curves) into an inside curve.

Even the outside curve on the Kukri shown is not continuous -- it starts out with a fairly tight radius, then opens up to a larger radius as it flows toward the beginning on the recurve.

Just some food for thought on the semantics involved.

I may be wrong but I think Brian Andrew's bushcrafter has this feature.

Is that a secondary bevel on your habilus? I thought they were scandi ground to a zero edge.

all habilus tools have this pseudo-scandi edge. easily removed to full scandi ! : )
