As Uncle Bill said we need to know how many, but the only meal that will be served will be Saturday afternoon or evening.
There will be plenty of country style pork ribs, some beef if we can get 'em, potato and macaroni salad and some cole slaw if I can talk Barb into it. :)

I also need to know how much to buy for drinks as well. We want plenty, but I don't want to over do it.

So please do as Chris has asked. I onl;y posted to make sure things are clear.
There will be drinks all day Saturday and Sunday.:D
 
Yangdu and I have our tickets. Should arrived at Tulsa airport about 2 PM.

Log 2 more for sure -- God willing, that is.

My clan will be there. Around 7 people. Yvsa, We like any kind of pop. With Dr.Pepper as the favorite. Can't wait to meet everyone.

I work Saturday in Tulsa. I'm planning to drive home that night and stop at Yvsa's on the way. Probably just me that night. I'm hoping to bring my wife and two children on Sunday but I'm not sure what all will be happening if Bill will be gone.

I'm not sure if you were talking to me or Terry?! I normally work until 6 PM on Saturday but I should be able to cut it short and get out of there by 5-5:30. So I assume I will be there in plenty of time for whatever is planned for dinner.

We will be in Tulsa at about 2PM so should get to Yvsa's by 3PM I'd guess. We won't be leaving until about 10AM Sunday so that's time enough for a couple of Heinekens and a little BS.

but Ruel and I are going to need a tent.

If all yall have is a pup tent that is cool, I have slept in my car more than once.

Bro do you think we should rent a couple of tables? Barb says we have enough chairs, I hope so, but if needed we can take out the ones around the table.

We have a medium sized glass top table, but I don't know about laying all the khukuris out on it. I have over 30 and with what you bring I was thinking that a couple of extras wouldn't hurt.

We have one tent that's big enough for 2 people and can get a couple of more if needed.
 
Bro, glass top tables and khukuris make me nervous. A sheet of plywood or particle board and a couple of rocks or cement blocks is good enough for me and you can always recycle the material. You know as well or better than me so I defer to your own good judgement.
 
Bro, I have received email from a couple of guys who have not posted here but tell me they are coming so plan for a couple of "extra" guys.
 
When we go to get the ribs and other goodies for Saturday we will be sure to get a few extra for the pot so to speak.:) Looks like we will have plenty of help to cook and the like.
You and me can set back, drink a few brews and let the youngens do the work while we BS and solve the problems of the world.;)

Barb said we could get a couple of sheets of plywood and put them up on sawhorses for tables since we need some for the back of our shed anyway. That will kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

And our daughter and her husband got one of those semi-portable car port canopies a while back. We're gonna set that up in the back yard for shade and to help keep any dew off the khukuris.:)
 
Sounds like you have things under control, Bro, as I knew you would. Now if I can only find your address, phone number -- and our tickets!
