I recently was contacted by two individuals who left a message on my profile page. Why haven't they been able to contact me in, Start a Conversation?

If they do not have paid memberships, they cannot start a conversation and you cannot start one with them. If you have filled your allowance of conversations and your inbox is full, they can't start a conversation with you.

If they do have paid memberships, and you have room in your inbox, you will just have to ask them.
