Convert belt loop to belt clip?

Does anyone know of or where I can get a device that will convert a pouch with a belt loop to a clip? I want to be able to wear my leatherman pouch when I don't have a belt on.
 
I've seen them. In Knives annual 2001 or 2002, they featured a product that does just that.

I have absolutely no idea.

I bought these about 12 some odd years ago at a LA county Gun show never used them and forgot how much I paid for them.

Which one would you like the small one or the large one?

I just bought 1 with a belt clip from Tim (feline vet) at SOSAK.It also swivels
