Convex HR

Can someone explain what the term "zero edge" means?

My interpretation of the zero edge means the primary bevel forms a convex directly into the cutting edge with no secondary bevel that are typically seen with most sharpened knives.

That is just beautiful- and it looks like it would cut better than mere words could convey! I've got a Mud razor just begging to be treated like that.

Yeah it hardly lost much. Most of the material removal was towards the middle of the blade on down towards the edge where the CBTs user to be. It is hard to tell on the original knife.....but the HR actually has a low saber grind with the CBT forming a covex saber bevel. The fuller on up is flat while the fuller on down is the convex/saber bevel.

Someday I hope to understand this secret squirrel terminology, but for now I will say ABSOLUTELY AWESOME BAN :thumbup:

Yep, I remember that one. It sure is purdy. The only difference between your Ice Razor and the Convex HR is the convex. Oh wait...and also the more shallow fuller and different pommel.
