Convex all day errrr day! Hahaha. I love mora knives and taught my son on them but convex edges have my heart. They just work all around better without getting damage. I just strop 80% of the time and they are back to shaving sharp. When I do sharpen its sandpaper laid over my leather strop of a hard mousepad. Super easy to do. Don’t let it intimidate you.
