Convexing

I am sure this has been covered before but what are the benefits of convexing your blade?

Removes the shoulders from the edge bevel for better slicing. Convex edges are also easy to maintain.

and he uses his izula...

to be quite honest i think hes the one that turned me onto RAT/ESEE in the first place..

....as well as it has more material backing it so it is technically stronger.
