Convince me to buy or not to buy the fluted titanium military.

Hey Guys,

I'm planning to get the fluted titanium military but I have some reservations. Mainly because I feel guilty buying an expensive knife. Right now it goes for around 300 USD in my country. In the 2nd week of December I'm expecting a 10% discount so that makes it 270 USD. The regular military goes for around 220 USD.

It is quite rare to find a knife like this in my country and I'm afraid that if I hold off now, I won't get the chance to buy it. Plus it's being discontinued. Will I get over the guilt of buying it? :(

Once you get it in hand the guilt will seem silly. Go for it

I don't have the Fluted one but this should help a little

The fluted Ti Millie is great in the hand (more contoured) and doesn't show wear marks like the regular Ti Millie. It is also lighter. I'd prefer it have S110v, 204P/M390/20CV. You won't be disappointed.

You can rest assured that it is not money just thrown down the drain, it holds it value. In addition if you take good care of it being that it is being discontinued you will always have something of value.
I have about 30 Spyderco's and have never worried about value. Just get it and enjoy it knowing that it really isn't costing you anything.
Enjoy

I regretfully sold my ti millie because of recent $$ spent on fluted ti millie and kw s90v ti/cf. No doubt the fluted ti millie is a better looker with contoured and slimmer handle. However, I found the plain ti millie is actually more comfortable in hand due to the chamfered handle.
