Hello Guys and Gals, I have here a fresh from my shop stout little knife to offer. It is finely finished but made to be used. I am offering this one up for a little better than normal price because of the faded serial numbers. I apologize for the photography. I am working on getting a better setup.
Blade is 154CM .141 thick and 2.625 from tip to bolsters. O/A is 6.625 in. Polished and hand rubbed to 1200 grit. Dead center grinds to .022 and .038 at tip for add strength. Tapered tang with vine file work. Heat treated with cryo and double tempered to 60-61 RC. Hair popping sharp.
Bolsters are carbon fiber fastened with bronze welding rod.
handle is of dyed and stabilized maple with black fiber liners and custom buffalo pins.
Sheath is 8-9 ounce hand tooled and hand stitched leather. The knife fits very securely yet is easy to withdraw.
