Hello Folks, I have here a knife that was suppose to be part of a custom order. When stamping the serial number before heat treat i screwed up and started with a 7 instead of a 2 and that was all she wrote. So decided to just put all 7's. and offer for a discount. It is a very solid knife that is finely finished but made to be used. It really is a pretty nice little knife imho.
Blade is CPM 154 .144 thick and 3.125 tip to bolsters. O/A is 7.45. Heat treated with cryo quench and then double tempered to 60-61 RC. Polished and finished with 2000 grit. Tang is tapered and hollow ground leaving about .125 from edge in. File work is suppose to resemble hr glass.
Bolsters are black G10 held tight with nickel silver pins.
Handle is Forest green G10 with Black G10 pins, and brass lanyard hole.
Sheath is hand tooled and hand stitched 8-9 ounce leather. I use sole leather for the Loveless cam idea so the knife fits nice and snug yet is easy to withdraw.
