Hello Guys, This is a very stout yet nice little EDC I have just finished.
Blade is 154CM .137 thick and 2.625 from tip to bolsters. O/A is 6.625. I do all my own heat treating by the numbers and each blade is cryo treated and double tempered.
Bolsters are carbon fiber held tight with peened bronze pins.
Handle is Forest green G10 with custom brass and ruby red G10 pins. Thin red liners and lanyard hole.
Sheath is 7-8 ounce leather custom made to fit knife. I build my sheaths with a piece of sole leather for welt. I incorporate a cam shape into the welt much like Bob Loveless did so when the point of the guard slips over that cam and locks the knife in very securely yet is easy to withdraw. I use the sole leather so the cam will not break down and will last. Hope you like.
