Hello to All, ( I have decided not to sell this knife ). I am offering this little stag knife for a discount because of a small flaw. The flaw I am discounting it for is the first black fiber spacer behind the guard. You can see that it is thicker on one side. Other than that the knife is very solid and I hope you like what you see.
Blade is CPM154CM .096 thick and 2.56 from tip to guard. 0/A is 6.150. Heat treated with cryo and double tempered to 60-61 RC. Polished and rubbed to 2000 grit satin finish.
Guard is 416 carefully soldered with lead free silver solder.
Handle is Really nice sambar stag with Musk ox, ironwood, brass and black fiber spacers. Pin is .092 bronze welding rod.
Sheath is 8-9 ounce hand tooled and hand stitched leather. I use the Loveless cam idea using a piece of sole leather for long life. The knife snap fits into place and is held tight yet is easy to withdraw.
