So, I was just taking a photo of my s&m barlow for the patina thread and noticed a little detail on the inside.

When did Cooper acquire the New York Knife Co. name?
That was a Imperial-Schrade brand from the 1930's (after NYKC/Hammer Brand went bankrupt), and a Taylor-Schrade brand after 2004.
(I have a 2012 or 2013 Taylor - Hammer Brand gunboat canoe.)
I thought BTI got that name when they bought out Taylor c.2017.

Gilbert Cooper purchased in June 2019. Apparently, they bought the rights to everything except the Queen name, which was bought by SMKW
