"Cooling collar bandanna"?

they hand these out at work and they work, you know the humidity in kantucky sucks, and these help out!!!!!!
 
Just use a regular bandanna they are cheaper and offer many alternate uses. put an ice cube or 3 in it then roll it around.

That's a great idea! It's in the 80s out here (and so is the humidity). Going to be working out outdoors for two hours tonight. Last week, I saw one of my training buddies wring the sweat out of his shirt!
 
I use these when I have ride in the back of a mail truck all day long for street supervision. I have 3 and rotate them. 1 on and 2 in a cooler full of ice. When you pull one of these out of the cooler and put it on it will take your breath away. The cool sensation lasts a pretty good while.
 
I've worn these in the SoFla humidity. They did not work for me. I suspect, as others have posted, that they work better in a dry environment where the cooling effect of evaporation can take place.
