Thumb ramp (not sharp, very comfortable)
Coco Bolo wood grips with black Micarta bolsters front and rear.

In some of the pics it looks like a cut or crease on the flap of the sheath. There is nothing there. It must have been a shadow from a blade of grass. Just thought it was worth mentioning.
