Here's another of my Randall inspired knives. This time I got a little ambitious with the sheath. I have done laced sheaths before, but never one this involved.
This knife has the typical warm feel that only stacked leather gives the hand, as well as a comfortable balance. This style is one of my favorites to both build and to use.
As always, your comments are very welcome, and the first "I'll take it" gets it.

Specs:

Blade length: 6" tip to guard
Overall length: 11 1/4" tip to pommel nut
Blade Steel: O1 with bright machine satin finish
Guard: Brass
Handle: Stacked Leather with Brass and Fiber Spacers
Pommel: Aluminum
Comes with sheath pictured
Asking: Sold

(U.S. Sales only please)

Paypal and M.O. accepted (pp to angel_kissed_me@yahoo.com) please note underscores

Thanks for looking!

Owning several pieces from both, I can assure you that you'd rather have the Coombs stamp. ;)

I agree, you beat Randall on this one. Is that a flat or a hollow grind?
The sheath is outstanding, love the side view.

Lamont, i greatly admire your work. you always turn out stunners.
Question on this one: to me, blade profile looks different between pic 1 and pic 2. in pic 2 the taper to the tip looks longer with less belly close to the tip. is this camera angle ? could you post another pic from directly overhead.
I would call this a "Long Hunter" and i really like it. would go well with my Coombs #7 Inspired B&T.
thanks, roland

That IS stunning Lamont, and a VERY good price too! If I hadn't just gotten back from Blade and funds are spent...I would buy it.

I know it does you no good hearing that, but.....that IS the truth,
Peter

Thats one beautiful piece of steel and a darn nice weave on the leather sheath. Wish I had the cash.

Thanks again for the kind words guys!!!!
Still for sale at $375.00 but lets do it with Free Shipping now.
This is alot of knife for the $ I'm asking.

Knife received. Thank You Lamont. Superb knife and sheath.
This is my 3rd knife from Lamont. His design and workmanship show great skill and dedication towards acheiving perfection. He is one of the best, if not THE BEST, maker of fixed blades who post here. The prices he asks represent extremely good value. It surprises me that every knife he posts is not snapped up immediately. they are some of the very best in all regards.
