well, being that INFI is relatively stainless, and that red G10 is closed cell (non absorptive) and nonreactive... pending a serious cleaning I would still use one of those blades rescued from the Dark Hole... maybe not at the dinner table, but there is a place for it...

The only resscue method is with a BA-III.
