Recently I purchased a VFD for my KMG, and I just buy a 14" wheel for it (among other things for it), so I won't be using my Coote much longer. Since the recent KMG upgrades, the Coote is going up for sale. It is the 2"x72" model. I purchased a 1.5" rubber contact wheel and replaced the standard idler wheel with that one (I still have the original wheel and will be included in the sale. Someone can add it back if they wish, or continue with the rubber one on top)- this allows you to grind a smaller radii where a normal idler wouldn't be used. I also purchased the knife rest, and have a 1.5HP 110/220V that would go with it. I have about $850 invested, but would sell it for $550+ shipping.

If you have questions on shipping, please let me know. My guess is that the grinder w/ motor weighs about 50 lbs, so that is probably in the ballpark if trying to figure for shipping cost.

i will take it but i need to now a little about it dose it have a vfd or a idlers or fixed speed and what attachments come with it and what r the ware with it

BKbladezZz, you got it. I have used it a singe speed, which is how I listed it. I do have a 4 step pulley that fits it, which I can include at no cost. This would give you 4 different speeds. I haven't used it on this grinder, but if you did install it, it would give you a little more flexibility. It has a flat platen on it, along with the 10" wheel so you can both hollow and flat grind on it- my kmg requires 2 different attatchments to do this. No attachments other than what was described. It has little wear and is in really good condition (please see the pics for details- if you want more pics, I can send). If you send me a PM, we can discuss preferred shipping, shipping cost, and payment. Thanks a bunch.

here are a few more pictures. I don't make down there, and is about a 7 hour drive, so we would need to ship it. UPS, FedEx, or USPS. I prefer Paypal for payment, but will consider personal check or MO (will ship once cleared). Please either send PM or shoot me an email at bob@katilusknives.com
