Hi guys!

I have a new Cootes belt grinder with 10" wheel for trade. It's got a rest, and 2 step pulleys with it. I also have a new heavy duty 1HP motor (1850 rpm) that could go with it.

I never started making, and would like to trade for equal value custom knives. I like the Dozer style blades, but will consider all quality stuff. Will ship or can pick-up in Southern California. e-mail with any questions.

Thanks!

Guys, thanks for replying. I have NO idea what your stuff is worth. I replied elsewhere that sure, I could do a trade and wait for my end. I really don't want to irritate anybody with values and such. I'll take the comments of the group on what would be a fair trade, OK?

I need a least one working blade. A utility. clean and light. Traditional steel, D2, 01, 10 series. Drop point, ricasso, full tang, exotic wood, thong and sheath. I'll yield to your expertise on this and other details, though. If you want to go all out on this blade and use damascus, then one custom knife suits me fine.

If you want to use simpler steels and make me a pair (one utility and one self-defense--a matched set) then that's ok, too. I'm not trying to get something for nothing, just a fair trade, anbd I'll trust the group on that.

So, go ahead and e-mail me with your offers, and I'll make a decision by tonight, or tomorrow morning at the latest. BTW, I only have dial-up, so I need the pix to be pretty small, OK? Thanks for all the replies and you guys are really a great group!

Mike

OK sorry for just busting in on this thread with nothing good to add, but that Pooh Bear knife on Adam Micheals site has got to be one of the oddest things I have seen in a while.

Beautiful knives by the way.

What do you mean by odd?

That was a knife that i made for my son on his 3rd birthday. Iasked him what kind of knife he wanted for his birthday and he said a Winnie the Pooh Knife so there it is.
